Featured Herb

Cilantro, also known as Chinese parsley, is the dried leaves of the herb Coriander, and is a member of the carrot family. Coriander is one of the first herbs to be used by man; mentioned in early Sanskrit writings dating from about 1500 BC. Cilantro is also one of the plants which grew in the Hanging Gardens of Babylon. Cilantro adds a wonderful peppery flavor to your food, and has lots of vitamin C.
