Drop off, cook on site, or you can pick up. We can provide authentic Jamaican style pulled pork, awesome Barbados style roasted whole chickens, and the best braised or smoked brisket in town! These events are great for tailgate parties, corporate groups, rehearsal dinners, or a backyard luau.
Pig roasting can be a Caribbean theme, Hawaiian Luau, Carolina or Texas style barbecue. We can provide multiple pigs. We can do several 35-40 pound pigs, and for on site cooking events 1 or 2 large 70-100 pounds. We recommend adding roasted chicken, smoked jalapeno sausage, smoked pork shoulder or other meats, and a variety of side items to accompany the theme. The whole hog events are a lot of fun!
We smoke our own meats in house using our own spices and rubs, so our quality is always consistent. We can smoke salmon, duck, pork, beef, cheeses, just about anything. Make your next meeting or party a No Worries Event!
